Copyright & DMCA Policy

If you believe content available through Tunelist infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint to hello@tunelist.online.

A copyright complaint should include, to the extent applicable:

1. identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
2. identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient for Tunelist to locate it;
3. your contact information;
4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law;
5. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate;
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and
7. your physical or electronic signature.

Tunelist may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing content while a complaint is reviewed. Where applicable, Tunelist may provide the affected user with notice of the complaint and information concerning available counter-notification procedures.

Tunelist may terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits Tunelist’s right to remove content that violates the Terms of Service or applicable law.
